If you are looking for a groovy present day 60’s inspired outfit this look is definitely it! I cannot tell you how many fun and exciting bright colors are in this ensemble. Everything about this outfit screams summer and positive vibes. This look is perfect for those hot and humid days in Miami. The summers in Miami are brutal, its not like the west coast where the heat is dry. In this humidity you break a sweat A.S.A.P. , so with that in mind I created an outfit that revealed a bit more skin and a lot more color. Firstly, crochet attire has been hot in the fashion industry this year, so I wanted to incorporate a colorful crotchet crop top for this look coupled with these adorable embroidered shorts I fell in love with from Zara. These Zara denim cut-offs caught my attention with their colorful-playful stitching. They were decorated with adorable symbols, a melting ice cream cone, and a sun. Secondly, I paired this look with these wild orange converse that I purchased from Free People’s website and I have been wearing them with everything lately. As a last addition for this look, I accessorized my outfit with a set of gold Lucky Brand dangled earrings, and these semi-precious stone bracelets I made by hand. This concludes this weeks Lookbook, for all those who don’t know how much I love summer, it saddens me that it will be coming to an end soon, but on a happy note not too drastically here in Miami. 😉 CIAO!
Sincerely,
Rebeca
